1. THE 14-DAY "COOLING-OFF" PERIOD
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. At FrostWïck, we extend this commitment to ensure you are fully satisfied with your experience.

2. OUR 30-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE
To give you extra confidence, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  • Once your return is accepted, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Please note: Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. As we operate with international fulfillment centers, the return address may differ from the original shipping address.

4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately.

  • In these cases, FrostWïck will take full responsibility for resolving the issue, providing either a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

5. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. REFUNDS PROCESS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
